UX/UI Designer Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and user testing.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.
- Ensure final designs are optimized for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
UX/UI Designer Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present design decisions clearly.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Experience designing for mobile apps (iOS/Android).
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Motion design or illustration skills (optionally).
- Experience working in agile product teams (optionally).
